the shuttle buses provided super convenient transport to the parks. the staff were always friendly. our family suite interior entry room was large and clean. i found the daily refills on the resort mug to be a great value.
the light in our closet wasn't working, though it was a very minor inconvenience.

The parking situation wasn't great. I paid the fees, yet one evening, i circled, facing the horror of zero spots. i had to park miles away. also, the staff in the dining areas was less than thrilled to be there. Smiles seemed to be rationed. the food options were blah.

The pools were fantastic, providing hours of entertainment. Early park access was a definite plus. This helped us beat some of the crowds. The free shuttle service to the parks was very convenient. This saved time and money on transportation.
Housekeeping did not clean the room thoroughly, missing some areas. I noticed this especially in the bathroom.
